We r just returning home after a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was brilliant from the staff, to the small details such as water, coffee & chocolate each day in your room, fresh towels by the pool every day (numerous times if u wanted), comfortable sun loungers, fresh towels in your room more than once per day. We had a super week at the Jardines de Nivaria. Rooms were nice and spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent as were the dining options. Local dining options away from the hotel are not great - we walked to Caleta most evenings for better dining there. Pool area was very nice and quiet. Overall a very nice and relaxing stay.
