After having an absolute nightmare with our original villa being cancelled last minute, Mark could not have made our booking process more reassuring. Helping me no end, answering all my questions and putting my mind totally at ease. The villa was clean & perfect, lovely pool, spacious rooms lots of seating areas! We absolutely loved it! Also Sheila and Ian who manage the property in Tenerife, were so lovely too, on my request they ensured we had two bottles of bubbly waiting for us in the fridge which was WELL needed, i paid cash to Sheila the following day, when she popped by to check we were okay - really lovely!
Short walk to local shops - highly recommend Nebula restaurant, beautiful food and lovely staff!
My only issue is not with Mark or the Villa, but with Homeaway - i suggest booking through trip advisor if you can - as homeaway took the money twice for the property, i had to fight for 10 days with them to get it back, resulting in the bank actually returning it! Homeaway were incredibly unhelpful, unsympathetic and left me out of pocket by nearly £1500 for 10 days. Honestly the worst customer service i have ever experienced, and if you read reviews on them (which i stupidly did after) a lot of people say the same. Mark couldnt of been more apologetic of the situation (even though it was not his fault at all) he contacted homeaway for me as well to try and help resolve the issue.
