Ideal for what we wanted
The house is ideally located easy walk into the village with all its restaurants. It was spotless and all the bedding and towels smelt fresh i had no cleanliness issues at all.we hired a car and found parking easy on the road. Everything within the garden was great there was only 2 of us so the pool was the ideal size , we arent really swimmers so just used it as a plunge pool to cool off. We ate at so many nice places within the village really couldn't wish for a better place to stay Thank you sven

Lovely house in great location
We had a fabulous stay in Tenerife. The house was as described and in a great location. You could easily walk to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Sven was a great host and communicated with us well.

Home from home.
There is everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. A very short walk to all amenities, restaurants, shops, beach, taxis, buses etc. Roof terrace gives fantastic views. We have stayed in Callao Salvaje for many years but it was our first time in this villa. We were not disappointed.

Property was as described very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was clean and essential in the heat. Neighbourhood very quiet and locals all extremly friendly. Had excellent communication with Sven before and during our stay very friendly and helpful gentleman. Only negative we found was the front door was a pain to open and we had a few hairy moments thinking we wouldnt get back in. Overall though extremly satisfied and already planning a return trip.

Don't normally leave reviews but felt compelled to after this villa rental. Positives are excellent location, close to restaurants, bars and supermarket. Hot water, and the villa was very clean. Met on arrival and shown around. But there are some negatives, second bathroom has no toilet seat after complaining one was brought but didn't fit this wasn't repaired during our stay. Would have expected at least a bottle of water on arrival (always had thus before). Outside had a very near miss accident which could have been nasty if children were there, the concrete balustrade near the pool steps is crumbling away and hanging off very dangerous needs repairing!! No English channels on TV. The villa is quite tired and jaded and in need of an update. A lovely holiday but the villa definitely needs an update.

Great location and views
Overall I thoroughly recommend this villa, my wife, my 2 teenage kids and I loved our 10 night stay. Ideally positioned in a quiet area it was only a 5 minute walk into the central area where there were a number of restaurants and supermarkets. We ate in a few places and all were good but The Prince stood out for both food and service. La Romantica was nice too as was El Ankor. The villa has an elevated terrace which has amazing views of the seas and across to La Gomera. These were lovely in the morning and af sunset but it was a bit hot during the day. The pool isn't massive but it was big enough for some volleyball and bat and ball and ideal to cool off. Air con in the bedrooms was essential for us and made for pleasant nights sleep. We didn't use the air con in the lounge as we sat outside at the table on the patio area and played games and drank wine in the evenings. The villa was clean and the pool was cleaned while we were there The villa had everything we needed and although I wouldn't say it was high end the prices reflect that too so no complaints from us. Communication from Sven was excellent and comprehensive directions (with pictures) on how to find the villa which was great. Definitely would consider again if we come back to Tenerife.

Amazing villa for family holiday!
My family had a fantastic week at Villa Sueño Azul. It was a perfect location for exploring the island and close enough to all the attractions and sites we wanted to visit. The villa itself was amazing with everything you could need while on holiday. The pool was great and the kids were in it at every opportunity - and it wasn't too cold like others we've been to. The surrounding area of Calleo Salvaje is lovely and quiet with some nice restaurants, shops and bars. Great bus links although we didn't use them as we had a rental car. From the moment of booking, Sven was extremely helpful with making arrangements to get there and as our flight was late we were allowed to stay at the villa until 7pm which was great. Susan (who met us with the keys and showed us the basics) was lovely and left a bottle of wine on arrival. We highly recommend this villa as 5 stars and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

A really lovely villa
We just returned from our 2 week stay at this villa and we are missing it already! It was a really lovely place, very close to all amenities but still very peaceful. Outdoor areas are very private and the roof terrace offers views over to La Gomera which is great at sunset. Star gazing was also good. The villa itself was very comfortable and was very well equipped. Air con units in every room made for a comfortable nights sleep and the beds were firm, but we slept well. Susan greeted us when we arrived and gave us a talk through the house, she was very receptive to messages and answered any questions we had. The pool isn’t massive but was perfect for the two of us to float around and play a bit of pool badminton! The pool is cleaned twice a week and the pool guy is really friendly. The smart tv and hdmi cable allowed us to hook up our laptop to watch films in the evening and the radio is positioned well to listen from outside. WiFi has a really good connection throughout the property. Nearest shop ‘little Britain’ (Isn’t as bad as it sounds) has plenty of basic provisions and HiperDino in the centre of the town had everything else we needed. In terms of restaurants, we really rated the Italian Corner, Sea Soul, La Romantica and Bombay Babu. We would give Europa and Sangri La a miss if we returned. We didn’t go anywhere else, opting to cook at the villa as it was such a lovely setting. There is also a great booking office for excursions just down the road (magma)- we booked whale watching and a wine tour- both outstanding. Plenty of parking nearby, though no need for a car if you’re having a lazy holiday. If you love to snorkel, we found a fantastic and very private cove about 10 minutes walk away- down the hill past Sueno Azul beach club hotel. But shhhh- don’t tell anyone! It’s a shame the local businesses nearest the villa have all closed down as there would have been a nice little community area a moments walk away. If I had to give any negatives on the villa, it would be good if more cleaning products were available like floor cleaner and a new washing up sponge. Also the outer gate key takes a bit of getting used to- we thought we were locked out more than once! Overall a wonderful stay- would definitely return.

Lovely home from home villa in peaceful location
We stayed here for a week with our 2 kids. Villa is well kitted out with plenty of outdoor space and 2 bathrooms. We hired a car and visited Siam Parque, Loro Parque and Los Gigantes. We also used the local bus service which was good and visited Adeje. Kids loved the pool but it was too cold for us - we would recommend having a heated pool in the winter months and a safe in the villa. We will hopefully come back here!

Little disappointed with the villa, just the minor things that add up like only 2 sunloungers, yet sleeps upto 6 people. Parasol, cushions, sofas all ripped or stained or damaged. Tiles broken in the pool. Bed linen was clean, but stained. Not enough towels. Some doors for wardrobe were taped up or locked including where replacement linen was. Did'nt get a home from home feel. In terms of location was good and central to resteraunts and amenities.

Outstanding property and excellent location
Myself, my wife and 2 children (aged 14 and 11) stayed here for 1 week over Easter. The communication from the owner was brilliant and he even gave us directions from the car hire section of the airport to the property. Our flight was late in the evening so we didn't arrive until after 10:30pm. The housekeeper that met us was waiting when we arrived and was extremely courteous and helpful. The property felt very light, spacious and secure. The villa was clean and had all the cups, glasses, plates etc that we would have hoped for. The smart TV, BBQs, multi-function oven, microwave and two air conditioning units were a real bonus. The pool isn't massive but was adequate for us all to relax in and there was plenty of outdoor furniture for us to choose where we ate, played and unwound. The roof terrace gave great views of the ocean and mountains. Callao Salvaje has plenty of great bars, restaurants and mini supermarkets. There is an activity booking shop and great ice cream/coffee bar all within 5 minutes walk from the property. The black sand beach can be reached within 10 minutes walk. This is worth a visit as the sun loungers that can be rented there come with a bell for ordering drinks etc from the neighbouring bar/restaurant. The main motorway (The TF1) is accessible by car in around 10 minutes from the villa. Immediately next to the motorway junction is a large Lidl supermarket, a McDonald's restaurant ('I'm a little ashamed to say we went there - - - - twice) and other supermarkets and shops. The TF1 gives easy access to the rest of the Island. Overall I can't recommend this property enough. Our stay was brilliant and it is a property that we will want to use again if we return to Tenerife.

Great villa with all the aminaties you could need and situated in a good location.
Had a very nice week at the villa in late Sept 2016, the weather as always was superb. The villa has all the modern aminities you could wish for and is very well maintained. The owner was a pleasure to deal with at all times and responded to any questions very promptly. We would be very happy to return or recommend this Villa to anyone.

wunderbarer Urlaub
Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, das Haus ist praktisch, es bietet eigentlich genau das was wir gesucht haben. leider sind einige Sachen nicht ganz 100% in Ordnung: Klimaanlage geht nur die im zweiten Zimmer, Poolheizung (davon stand im Inserat aber auch nichts) das mit der Poolheizung war insbesondere schlecht weil das Wasser durch viel nachgiessen immer sehr kalt war. Die Küche hat noch ein Problem mit kleinen Lebewesen, das kann aber sicher relativ einfach behoben werden. aber im ganzen war es für uns sehr angenehm und wir werden auch wiederkommen.

Insgesamt sehr schön, einige Mängel waren dabei. Die Haustüre klemmte sehr, meine Frau hätte sie nicht öffnen können. Der Swimmingpool war sehr schön, nur der Generator der dazugehörigen Umwälzpumpe war sehr laut tagsüber.

Weil es viele Mängel ha, und rein gar nichts wird gemacht. Die Küche ist alt, vieles im Haus und um da Haus ist defekt, Und es wird nicht repariert oder ersetzt. Wir waren zum letzten Mal in dieser Villa
