"Its a lovely relaxing hotel to stay in, I tend to stay at the Mayfair Hotel as first choice when in Adelaide. Only negative, Some of the front desk staff were somewhat inexperience, there was a problem with their EFT system. I was ask to check my card & be inconvenienced when all along it was their system & the staff did not know what to do?? "

"Would have been nice for more coffee to be in the room. Bare minimum supplied, lots of tea bags tho. Expected to see a spa bath, not just a bath. Basic menu, not what I would expect for this standard of motel."

"The room was very clean. They have a soft and firm pillow but both pillows were still too soft for my liking. Convenient location with easy access to public transport - bus, tram and train. The free breakfast was a bonus!"

"I can’t fault the hotel,all very good. Only one minor issue with the daily clean was not having clean cups. When I asked the cleaner if we could have clean ones she washed them in the bathroom with her hands. "
