This Double Brick Character home is perfect for Adelaide's extreme temperatures keeping cool in summer and warm in the winter.
Inside has polished floor boards throughout. Very simple but very elegant with large windows to let in the light. Its priced in the budget range for a families or group holiday to the city. Contains all the necessities one would need on a holiday or a long term stay, beautiful new country couches and comfy beds. Linen and towels are provided.
The configuration of the beds is as follows:-
main room queen bed, single foldout couch.
2nd room double bed and 2 single beds the
3rd room a queen bed and a gorgeous wooden cot.
4th bedroom has a double bed ( Its a small room without a window).
The lounge room has been recently refurbished with 2 fold out cliclclack couch/beds. These can be used for those who do not wish to share a bed.
I have been running this house for 5 years on stayz now and I know when a group of 10 book it does not mean that you are all couples and often a separate beds are required.
Direct Rout to the City center approx 7-10 min drive dependong on the tome of day. Public transpor is at the end of the street.
The home is situated 7/10 min from the CBD between Main North Road and Hampstead Road and is set in a very quiet area. Sefton plaza is the nearest shopping center. If you do not have a car there is great public transport with a direct rout into the city via Hampstead road and with in walking distance to the bus stop at the end of the street.
For babies and children i have a wide range of productd so don't bring to much. Babies have hichair, pram, port cot, play seats, walker and toys, toys, toys!!
Do not book this house for a party as it is not a party house!!
