"This was my first visit to Phoenician and check in was pleasant. Sarah, I think was her name was especially nice! It’s a beautiful property- with great views. Some feedback- better coffee in the rooms; check to make sure everything works when rooms turnover. And make the rooms smell fresh. Also, a Shuttle to and from Old town would be a nice touch, as well. Overall a very nice experience. "

"This is a beautiful historic property that has been updated quite well. The cottage (with a fire pit!) was comfortable and attractive. Multiple pools, hot tubs and nice golf options too. Staff was very accommodating and the spa is quite nice with good masseuses. Good bar and restaurants, though some less spicy options for dinner would be nice. Overall a terrific spot for a holiday visit"

"The Palms Resort was beautiful and well maintained. The surrounding area was also very nice. The restaurant at the resort T. Cooks was excellent. We used the bikes at the resort for a nice bike around the Scottsdale area. We will definitely be back. "
