Hinweise zur Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft wies noch Mängel auf, die Verbesserungen bedürfen. Beschreibung auf FeWo direkt ist nicht hinreichend transparent. Aktuell sind keine Rauchmelder installiert. Die Stecker der Elektroheizung sind nicht fachgerecht ausgeführt hier sind Einzeladern nicht bar, der Hüllschlauch verdeckt diese nicht. Steckdosen wackeln, wenn man Stecker einsteckt oder herauszieht. Das 2te Bad war nicht richtig gereinigt – große Schlieren auf dem Fussboden. Auch so war es im allgemeinen nicht besonders sauber und die Duschen nicht sonderlich schick – teilweise Schimmel auf den Silikonfugen (was wirklich schwer wegzubekommen ist – müsste halt mal neu verfugt werden alles) Nur 5 Stühle bei 6 Betten am Tisch. Am Herd ist ein Drehknopf beschädigt und nicht ausgetauscht Die Unterkunft hat als hauptzielgruppe Monteure. Die Wohnung wird daher auch als günstige Monteursunterkunft beworben, was bei FeWo-Direkt aber so nirgends benannt ist. D.h. auch das morgens von 6:30Uhr bis 8 Uhr Personen über einen aufbrechen und dabei das gepolter und die Tritte zu hören sind. Es ist ein Mehrstöckiges Haus. Wir waren in der Wohnung in der unteren Etage. Wer eine günstige Unterkunft sucht und die Erwartungshaltung entsprechend anpasst und ggf. selbst etwas nachputzt und mit einer sehr schlichten Ausstattung und Ausführung der Wohnung zurechtkommt (Erwartungshaltung also anpasst) und mit 5 Stühlen am Tisch auskommt, bekommt hier eine günstige Ferienwohnung, wenn die Rauchmelder mal installiert sind und die
