"I must say that this hotel is definitely not a 5 star category. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby or the lifts. the staff were rude and not friendly at all. My partner and I wanted to see if we could arrange our wedding there and we were told the events manager will come and see us and never did at all. The rooms are dated and in need of updating. "Je n'ai jamais pu trouver ce refuge malgré l'itinéraire donné sur le site (ni avec Google Map "voiture " ni "à pied"), rien n'est indiqué et j'ai passé tout mon temps sur la route à le chercher pour, au final, dormir ailleurs. Juste pour leur défense, ne parlant pas très bien espagnol, je ne les ai pas appelé, celà aurait été trop compliqué de me faire comprendre. Donc bien évidemment, déçu."
