"This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery. "We loved this place - the location and views were amazing, staff very friendly and helpful, and while we were wondering about whether we would get good food, they made a booking for us at a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. "They don’t speak English so if you can’t speak Italian you cannot communicate. The television was only in Italian and when I was able to ask for help with a translate app they spent a half an hour trying to make it convert only to tell me that they only subscribe to Italian stations. The shower was so small that it was almost impossible to get through the shower doors without squeezing and pushing. I could go on but why"
