"This was our first time staying in this apartment and we had a great time. It is literally right in the action in Calpe, minutes away from the beach and dozens of restaurants. "The villa has a great setting but a car is essential as nothing is walking distance. The villa is good but a little tired, needs some freshness to the décor, A/C essential in the main living room (cooking was a very hot and not too pleasant an experience and all the appliances need to be upgraded - washing machine, iron and fridge in particular. The caretaker/owner was very efficient and responded to all requirements promptly. All together, the family had a lovely experience."

The host was great from the beginning, providing lots of information on the local area/places to eat etc and additionally arranged for us to check in earlier as we have arrived sooner then expected. The house is good size with everything you need. The outside area is great and the pool was lovely and a really good size. There was also some pool floats/beach toys etc which were very helpful for a trip the beach. Dénia was lovely...

"Lovely little place, very friendly and extremely helpful staff, mostly Spanish custom, I think I only spoke to one other British visitor in the whole fortnight! Big Carp in the lake if you're into fishing, only problem being the access needs making a bit more disabled friendly. Could do with a bit more choice on the menu, but what there was, was very nice."
