There is a mini market and several restaurants nearby. Also the local bus and taxi station are nearby as well

Beautiful Greek island living!
We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful home. Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Their summer home is upstairs and they were incredibly gracious well giving us all the privacy we needed. The home is spacious and lovely with a courtyard for kids to run around. We definitely felt like we were a part of island life for the week we were there because of their hospitality. Two very different beaches are just a five minute walk away. One is more quiet and natural with good snorkeling, while Avra beach has sun beds with full waiter service. The museum and Apollo‘s temple are in view from the property and all the shopping and restaurants you need are also a five minute walk away in the town. Though there is just one air conditioner the fans, high ceilings, and flow of the rooms kept us cool and comfortable even during the heat of the day. If you want a real Greek island experience that is the island where Greeks often go we highly recommend Aegina and this property as a place to stay!
