"Excellent hotel. They couldn’t do enough for us. Food excellent. Didn’t try the buffet. We didn’t try any restaurant near didn’t look inviting. Near by malls not worth it. Location bit far from the sites and shopping. Metro not near a rickshaw ride away. Too much pollution travelling by car. "

"The accomodations at the Shangi-La Eros are world-class, exceeding our expectations. The hospitality staff - front desk, conceirage, in-room dining, Club Lounge staff, and housekeeping were highly competent and friendly. We took two tours. The tour of Old Delhi with Anurag was magical. He is a treasure and fine ambassador of Delhi. On Sunday, we went to Agra for the Taj Mahal. Our driver Ram provided exceptional service, information, and most importantly kindness. He is professional and caring. The hotel was the perfect homebase for our first stop in India. This is our 3rd stay with Shangri-La (Abu Dhabi and Vancouvet). Eros is the best."
