"The staff were incredibly helpful - ordering taxis for us in the mornings and assiting our friend with booking a bus ride home. The rooftop bar is lovely and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The complementary breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here!"

It’s surprisingly time consuming to get from Agerola down to the coast road or beaches, but a great location for hiking in the mountains. There are plenty of hotels further down the mountain side with great views which are s lot more accessible.

Agerola is a good base for exploring the Amalfi Coast as you are part-way between some of the lovely places to visit: Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento and Pompeii.

Nice enough, but uninteresting in comparison with the whole area. Good for hill walking, not meant for history/culture! On the other hand, it is not destroyed by tourist hordes and car blight. The road down to Amalfi is great with spectacular views.
