"We had a wonderful holiday at the Royal Blue. We arrived on a late flight and there was a problem with our suite so we were upgraded. We could not believe our luck, sheer luxury. The staff were so friendly, the dining experience excellent and we just felt thoroughly spoiled all week. Would love to return."

"Overall aan excellent stay. Quite impeccable. Two things however for a 5-star hotel, there should be parking facilities options. We are left own our own. Options could include an underground garage, possibly off valet parking (with a fee) or at the very least, clear indications with maps of the locations of paid parking lots. Second thing, again a 5-star hotel should have either freshly squeezed orange juice or at least pitchers of none-concentrated OJ. Certainly not pale OJ from a fountain...

"A great hotel with lovely staff and very clean. Reception area is welcoming, beautiful and smells fantastic! The rooms are a little on the small side and the lighting isn’t great, especially in the bathroom and shower. There is also a smell which comes from the drains but overall, a great hotel and I would highly recommend it. 3 pools to choose from all with beds although they need to be stricter on the policy of not reserving subbed early in the morning. "The room was very basic for a 5 store hotel. Basic bed and with only two pillows. Air conditioning was not working - the door was closed appropriately in order for it to turn on, but it was warm. We told reception but nothing was done. We stayed in a room with a private pool which was nice, although the water was freezing cold (and we went in late August). Definitely recommend a heated pool. We had a half board - the food was great. We didn’t have a chance to use the amenities."
