"Wonderful stone house with a beautigul garden. You'll find everything you need since house is well equipped. Clean bedclothes and towels. Air conditionnig and wifi working vey well. House and garden gives you shade to rest after a day on the beach. The parking space with a gate on the property. 10-15 minutes walking to the seaside with beaches, shops and restaurants. Owners are extremly friendly and helpful.And Pelion is so beautiful place. This was one of the best holidays ever "

"15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025. The house was filled with comfortable spaces to lounge and congregate for meals, drinks and fun times in the pool. "Loved the property! The home overlooks the water and is on the hill above a small Greek village that has many great restaurants and cafes and a small beach area. The infinite pool is what sets this house apart from all the rest. Anne, the owner of the house, I just cant say enough about the communication and all the information she gave us for our stay. We were a family of 14. And this house was perfect! I would come back in a heartbeat!"

"This was an amazing getaway with my husband and we loved everything about it. The family that owns this hotel was phenomenal. It is so beautiful and surroundings with the gardens and flowers are outstanding. So many things to walk to an amazing restaurants all around."

Loved it

"We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We stayed on 4th floor which was recently added and the room was fantastic. View was stunning and we had everything we needed. It's very convenient to have a spa in a hotel! Breakfast was great (homemade Greek food)! Natasa, the receptionist, was very welcoming and super friendly. We will return!"

Amazing Villa with Great Views

"15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025. It made all the northern beaches about an hour drive through the mountains. However the towns south of the villa (Rovies and Limni) were just perfect. There were organized beaches and tavernas in Rovies and outside of Limni. We went out every night to different tavernas and had a great time. You do need cars to get around, but driving was easy (except downtown Limni where I think the roads were designed for donkeys). We would all highly recommend this villa for large groups. There was plenty of space for people to relax together or apart if someone needs more space. The airconditioning worked wonderfully even in August. Elena and Sokratis were great to work with and very responsive. "

"Terrible,we arrived at 12 am and there was no one to great us. No email was sent for late check in. Me and my friend had to find another accommodation in the middle of the night .. nearly had to sleep in the car … I heard management changed. Really unprofessional and want a refund "

Wonderful Family Holiday

"We spent a wonderfully relaxing week with our extended family ages 7 months to 63 at Michael & Dimitria's beautiful and expansive home. The house was filled with comfortable spaces to lounge and congregate for meals, drinks and fun times in the pool. We enjoyed our short morning strolls to the local bakery, dinners at the local taverna accompanied by live bazouki music and short drives to the nearby beaches. We had a fun day on a sailboat arranged by Michael and also spent a day seeing the sights in Meteora. In between all this activity we lounged around and in the refreshing pool. The house was very clean and orderly. We especially enjoyed cooking for our crowd in the large well equipped kitchen. Michael & Dimitria were excellent hosts. If you're looking for a quiet Greek village without tourists but with a warm and friendly vibe, we recommend lovely Achinos."
