But we tried to call multiple times and got a very fast recording in Greek so we couldn't make any confirmations before the cancellation period. "A truly wonderful property, perfect in fact! Everything was great, response time of the owner, reaction to anything was just outstanding. And Vera the housekeeper is a gem. And she can cook! We would go back and maybe stay out of Athens, it's not for ability impaired folks, but the villa is great. The . Best . View . Ever!!!"

"We had a lovely holiday in John’s villa. Everything was comfortable, from beds to pillows to lovely kitchen platters/ glasses etc. beautifully decorated and a lovely lady Nevilla to come and help clear up. Beautiful views and pool but take ear plugs as there is building works around the property which start early ( but not for too long as so hot ) a beautiful house all round and a charming host, thankyou soo much for a lovely holiday"

"A notre arrivée, nous avons dû faire changer la lunette des WC qui partait dans tous les sens, et faire un traitement contre les fourmis. Puis nous avons constaté que les boutons de la cuisinière ne fonctionnais pas, ou une fois sur deux. Le lave-vaisselle avait encore de la vaisselle sale a l’intérieure, suite à cela on a constaté qu’il ne fonctionnait pas du tout. On a du relaver toute la vaisselle, casseroles et ustensiles qu’il y avait dans les armoires. Dans notre chambre la climatisation...

"Property spacious. Views amazing and pool lovely. Pool is shared with two other properties, but we had it to ourselves. Almost rates 5stars except for broken hob and dishwasher. Manager knew problem with hob as said it had been fixed before but kept breaking - obviously needs replacing. Not great with a large family to cook for. Dishwasher was also broken. BBQ was also missing racks so only one level to cook at. However, if these things fixed property deserves 5*."
