No reply received to 4 messages sent to the owner over a 4 week period until the day before we arrived. 2. Only 1/4 of a toilet roll provided. 3. We had to make up the bed. 4. Good hotel, good walking.

"Great setting of the hotel, upon arrival we were given an upgrade of our room. Nice and very large on the ground floor. A somewhat dated room but nevertheless clean and lovely. Parking was easy and on the large grounds. A quiet area. For dinner we decided to walk into town a walk of about 25 minutes. To begin with it was downhill and then levelled out and then up the hill towards the church. We are older citizens and the walk was no major challenge more a lovely walk. The town has many choices for dinner and is a nice place to walk around. Overall the hotel was a very good choice. Breakfast was a nice affair."
