"Irene responded quickly to my emails, gave us good directions, and met us on time for check in. The place is an amazing spot next to pastures. I didn't realize that there were 3 adjacent units and it was a little be noisy at times but overall we were very happy because the place was clean and modern. "Hotel was large, clean and comfortable. Reception was efficient. Car park good but spaces quite small. Room was adequate but nothing special. Breakfast good. Biggest problem was the restaurant was shut for dinner and we were told the nearest restaurant was about 800 metres away. There was a shelf of snack meal for sale at very high prices. "

GOOD HOTEL CLOSE TO FERRY PORT

"Stayed at the URH. Palacido de Oriol Hotel on 3 separate occasions, and have been very happy with our stay. The only problem I can see is if someone is a light sleeper, then they must ask for a room facing away from the railway line the has trains going past from 5 am until late in the evening, and they are quite noisy. "Very quaint place to stay. We loved the old world ambiance. Breakfast didn’t offer enough protein but was good. The beach is a close walk. Very nice place to stay. It was hot so we had to sleep with the windows open and could hear some people talking in the courtyard until really late. "
