"When we first checked in the room (a queen room) even though booked for 2 adults was only catering for a single person- one towel, one tea bag, one toothbrush, one pair of slippers etc. This was corrected when it was pointed out to them but even at 9:00 pm I had housekeepers coming and knocking on the door wanting to come into the room in the pretence of bringing another bath towel even though this had been done before 4 pm. On checking out I was told I needed to pay for my room service order...

"外観からホテルの場所を見つけるのはほぼ不可能。廃屋のようなビルの３Ｆにあります 部屋によって設備は違いますが 一般　シャワー・バケツで入浴（ほぼ水）　トイレ　バケツで流す デラックス　シャワー・バケツで入浴（ほぼ水）　トイレ　流れる タオルは汚い、部屋は言わないと掃除しない 勝手にスタッフが入ってくるとインドってこんななの？って感じです 展示会シーズンとのこともあるが、1泊2万もしてこれはないだろう チェックインの際も、予約漏れですったもんだ クレームを言うと、甲斐甲斐しくケアはしてくれましたが。。 二度ととまりません"

"We booked a honeymoon suite. The hot tub which they shows in pictures was licking. Whole room was flooded. Disappointing."

"Convenient location as right near the alpha mall. Service was good. Check in was quick. Rooms were definately not 5*. We had two rooms. 1615 had a leaning side table made from marble. I mean how ia that even possible. Breakfast was lush but service could have been quicker and more effecient. Would atay again due to location. "
