"It is hard to put into words just how magical this property is. We had booked the cottage in hopes of a gorgeous intimate wedding and it did not disappoint! There was enough space for the wedding parties to stay comfortably at the cottage while a few more guests arrived for the wedding day. "Liz is a wonderful host, very consistent in communication. The vrbo property is a bit out of cellular range, and the cottage doesn’t have wifi so very good to truly disconnect from the electronic world. We caught fish everyday, enjoyed some bbq and were able to enjoy our long weekend away thoroughly. The only concern I had was that I wasn't informed that a change in accommodation was needed (the apartment I initially booked had water problems) until AFTER I reached out about the check-in process the day before. "Staying at the River Done was a truly awesome experience. Communication was great, if we needed anything a quick text helped us with anything we needed. Enjoyed access to the canoe and kayaks, fishing off the dock and some local public spots as well! The Rover dome was a quiet, tranquil place for some quality time together and r&r!"

"Beautiful property and well maintained. Owen responded to our questions promptly. Plenty of room for our family (adult children and toddler grandchild) with room to spare. Spent the weekend ice fishing, sledding, making snow people and great memories. Only thing that would have been better would have been catching some fish. ;) .Would definitely recommend this property."
