"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...
