"All in all very good with closeness to the slopes and good restaurants as well as a Carrefour nearby. Because you are responsible for cleaning they should provide better cleaning supplies. The ones that were in the room was pretty much useless. (No suction in the vacuum cleaner) Would 100% stay again."

"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water...

"You could not ask for a better location, straight on to the slopes (down to a short lift) and right next to the ‘all day/evening’ lift to take you into town and back if needed. The apartment is small but clean and well equipped. When there was a problem I informed the owner who replied very quickly. Only downside is the lack of WiF. "This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located a few minutes drive from St Martin de Belleville and the ski slopes of the fantastic 3 Valleys. Like most ski accommodation, it is quite compact but all facilities are relatively new and modern and work well for a family of 4. The views from the apartment are good and Les Varcins is a pretty place to stay with a few traditional chalet style buildings. Shops and restaurants etc are in St Martin. "The accommodation was pretty much what you'd expect of a budget ski residence, but was a long way from the village centre, the ski lifts, and even the bus stop which supposedly served the hotel. "If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. We booked through Expedia and chose a pay at hotel option - and had picked to include breakfast and access to the spa. The hotel denied that we had chosen that option. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything because I chose pay at hotel. Hotel refused to give me the lower rate because we never did get breakfast or spa access. Definitely not worth what we ended up paying. My recommendation: Stay somewhere else. "
