The person who checked me in was so helpful. The guys in the kitchen were great. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is hot with great water pressure.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff were all nice as well for the most part. The only thing I did not like was when I asked for extra sheets and blankets they were not available and the receptionist did not do anything to help us get what we needed. Also the mini fridge in the room didn’t have a stable temp option. The temp was either too hot or froze the food.

Everything you need!

Great experience. Staff were friendly and very accommodating, room clean and comfortable, pet friendly, amazing breakfast buffet. Close to many restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again.

My stay was great. Check in and check out was easy. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming and very friendly. My room was beautiful. My only complaint is that I didn’t get the room I booked. I always book a king room, and I was put in a room with 2 queen beds.

Soooo Comfortable!

I had a king size bed and the bed is very comfortable! Room extremely clean! No bugs! Great customer service! Love the location. It’s next to a grocery store, IHOP, and Chick-Fil-A, and a lot of other stores too. Free parking on site.

Clean hotel. However, I did not see such a difference in this brand hotel and its higher price to stay again. Seems hotels that charge more then charge for a breakfast no better than free breakfasts elsewhere. Is it psychological to make you feel you’re in a better place? The staff here was friendly, especially those at the breakfast bar.

The property is very pretty and the rooms are amazing! Around about six am a front staff person use their key to come into the room. The person did not knock or anything just came in! That scared me so l checked out way early before check out! I will not be staying there again. Beautiful property but l felt unsafe that morning. Nika is the best!!!

We were traveling with our child and 2 small dogs to Aiken and only needed to stay one night. We wanted something that was clean, quiet and allowed pets. This fit the bill and based on reviews was a decent place. We were not disappointed... the check-in was super smooth especially considering the later hour were arrived. Front desk was very friendly and eager to please. The lobby was clean and tidy, lots to convenience items for purchase as well. Our room was a double queen with living room. It was very clean, two TV's, a mini fridge and coffee maker. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The A/C was quiet yet noisy enough to appease our need for white noise at night. It was quiet and we were able to get a good night sleep. I would absolutely stay here again and high ly recommend!

The hotel staff very personable and friendly, however, the elevators decided to stop working the last 2 days of our stay and no ice machine on any of the floors but the 2nd floor our entire 4 night stay. I normally wouldn’t care about this, but we were on the 4th floor. So getting ice, we had to go to the 2nd floor or bar to get ice. Dragging our luggage down the stairs wasn’t ideal, but we made it work. They may need to get the issues corrected sooner than later as it was somewhat of an inconvenience.

Sweet and friendly employees, you will feel welcomed. The lobby was brightly lit and very large and the bar was active and open late. The vibe was happy. The initial impression aside, I was disappointed to learn that the king size room I’d reserved just 30 min prior (after much time searching for where I wanted to spend the night, initially in Augusta, but chose this property in Aiken) wasn’t available due to a technical issue with the keys. I was offered a room with 2 queen beds. I was traveling alone, so I couldn’t complain really…but I had indeed looked forward to sprawling across a king size bed. I was disappointed that the room was offered on Expedia but then not actually available. The AC worked well, and the water pressure in the shower was stellar. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The rooms are decorated modernly but the bones are old. The tub was worn through in a few places, the light switch in the bathroom was old (and connected to the fan…I couldn’t keep a “night light” on in there bc it was too noisy). It served my primary purpose, and the location was great.
