"Desk receptionist absolutely first class. Very helpful. All the team very friendly, helpful and efficient. Restaurant (August menu) and Pool good. Suite very comfortable and air conditioned (essential). Well placed to get to/from Aix TVG and Aix (with car). TGV good to get quickly into Marseille. We had a comfortable stay. Parking and overflow at Hotel is gated (at night). Good access to main roads. Few restaurants nearby; others a short drive."

"I loved my stay at Le Pigonnet. The staff was very welcoming. The gardens were beautiful and you felt like you were outside of the city while being conveniently located by the heart of Aix which was within walking distance. The restaurant was also amazing. A true French culinary treat. I will be definitely stay there again in the future! "

"The apartment is in the perfect location to explore Aix. We arrived by car and found it very challenging to locate first the parking and then the apartment. I was expecting 1 flight of stairs, not 2, so recommend packing light! Although we reserved for 2 when we asked about using the sofa bed to sleep separately we were told it would be $50 euros for extra bedding and laundering, which we agreed to. Armelle should rethink this amount since all we were provided was a bottom sheet and comforter...

"Aix-en-provence is a lively and picture-esque city that has a very walkable downtown. The hotel was just the right distance from the touristy area to be quiet but still have great access to everything. The hotel is a little older and could use some new furniture, but is quite clean and in what seemed to be a very safe area. Overall I would say it was a fairly good value."

"This hotel is a great choice for a short stay! The staff were very friendly, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, there are a few areas for improvement, such as upgrading to a smart TV, adding fans to the bathroom and providing coffee pods in the rooms. These small touches would really enhance the whole experience."
