Located on the heights of Aix les bains, quiet, 700 meters from the city center, Nice Chalet of the sixties in great condition offering small view on the lake on a nice sloping land with terraces, with many fruit trees.
The house is composed as follows:
The floor is composed of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people and a full bathroom.
The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a balcony, a living room with dining area opening onto a terrace and a toilet.
A basement with garage is available.
