Spa access provided which was nice and the location is good with a good view. Only issue is that shower is very low down and we struggled. I am 5’5 and had to lean over a bit. "Beautiful room with large terrace overlooking the lake. Stunning views. Lovely staff. We didn’t have breakfast because at €18 for a continental breakfast, we thought it was a bit expensive. Parking is a bit tricky. Nice walk to the lakeshore where there were several restaurants open for dinner. Aix is still very quiet in mid May, with lots of restaurants and facilities still closed. "

"Très bien placé dans une petite ruelle de la zone piétonne. Pratique pour tout faire à pieds, par contre plus compliqué pour le parking de la voiture. Le staff était sympa et nous a aidé avec le bébé (lit et couvertures). Tout est automatisé alors les horaires sont très flexibles. Un peu chaud en août (pas de clim, mais un ventilateur), mais l'endroit est bien à l'ombre alors ça passe."
