"The facility is great. Location is good, car parking near by. The only bad thing is the night shift remote staff seems not good in English. Say "No No No" only without a full sentence. I enquire for extra pillow for my 80 years dad coz the pillow is too soft. I know this is a budget hotel may not have extra. but rather than NO NO NO, i think you can rephrase it better."

"Lovely apartment with small kitchen. Comfortable and warm beds with heating and air-conditioning. We were there in winter. Fridge, microwave and toasty machine, induction hob as well as washing machine. Very clean and well supplied. Very close to street car stop M5 and a couple of stops from SOGO department store with premade food and groceries. Great base to see hiroshima. Communication with b hotel was excellent. Safe and secure building. Fantastic stay would definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay. On arrival we expected there to be beds in both rooms, but only the two queen beds were set up. The owner gave us approval to set up the other room also. We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. Only thing was only 1 hotplate in kitchen is functioning (as 2nd one too close to wall so fire hazard so it’s inoperable). "Impossible to find. Two taxi drivers brought us to the wrong place. Your property is very badly marked. Eventually went to the Random Hotel who had to bring us there in a taxi. Unable to call you. We spent over 4 hours getting there from Hiroshima Station that is approximately 4 kms from there. Very inconvenient. It was a stressful experience. How can you be located in a place that taxi drivers can't find? Doesn't make any sense. "

"The appartment was great value, at times I found myself thinking "I wish this was my place". I regret not being able to stay there longer. The only two faults I had with the property were that: 1. -The lounge chair was low and it was hard to get up off/out of. I kept the fold up stool next to it as a work-around. "We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious for Japan standards and had everything we needed. We did not cook but there was coffee and tea. The location is amazing. Quiet but just around the corner are great restaurants. The memorial site/park/museum was 10-15 minute walk. The day pass made it easy to ride the trams. The air-condiioner seems not efficient because the cold air came in by the window. Breakfast had a good variety of Japanese and Weastern style. "Hotel was close to major things I wanted to see in Hiroshima. Rooms were clean and standard Japanese sized. Unique part is the lobby lounge always had something to offer throughout the day like juice, coffee, cookies, and evening ochazuke. Also got two complimentary sparkling wines for booking with Expedia so that was nice!"

"- big room for Japan, nice beds, pillows, etc. - Tokens for drinks and snacks was a great touch - Close to peace park which was great - Water and amenities were nice - Staff were great, we had some trouble with our luggage (not their fault or to do with them at all) and they were extremely helpful with this! - Restaurant downstairs was really good as well - My sister loved the pjs here.
