"We had 5 nights at Grand Cosmopolitan and we can honestly say that it’s the best hotel we have EVER stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of nice hotels. We couldn’t fault a thing, from the friendly helpful staff and the ,size and cleanliness of the rooms. We had a delicious choice of breakfast each morning and had a couple of evening speciality meals which were first class. We look forward to visiting again."

"This is one of my favourite properties to stay at in Al barsha area. This hotel is very nice, the rooms were spotless, is well located just a short walk distance to The mall of Emirates. In addition, the professionalism of the staff was exceptional especially to Inram and Muneeb that went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay after a long trip. I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my frequent colleague travelers. "

"The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We got a connecting room and the space was very functional as we had lots of luggage and there was space for everything. We were prepared with the correct charger and the front desk provided it no questions asked. "The hotel location is 5min walk from Mall of Emirates. The room is comfortable and we had a connecting room to my friends. The only issue we faced during our stay is the aircon is cold and the shower spray is inconsistent as it turn hot n very hot suddenly despite getting technicians to fix it.
