This is one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever experienced. The property itself is lovely, but the hospitality is what makes it exceptional. Khalid, the chauffeur, is very kind and warm, and sets a great tone for the hotel from the moment he picks you up at the airport. The concierge staff goes over the top to make your stay feel comfortable. The VIP/Gold status upgrade is very generous. All the restaurant staff, both at breakfast and dinner, make you feel at home. I’ve travelled the world and can honestly say they’re the best in the business! Thank you so much to everyone for making my trip to Oman so memorable from the start!

"The main attraction is of course the turtle viewing tours. Despite some reviews indicating these were insensitive, poorly run etc, our experience of these was very good. The evening tour was a group of 20, but we felt the guide managed it very well, taking care to interfere as little as possible ..."

"Went there in December, which should beach prime time for Oman, but had bad luck with sudden sandstorm and cold weather. Of course, cannot blame resort for this, but when you are at beach resort and without beach, confined to your room and restaurant for three days, some things are getting more visible ..."
