"This hotel is HIGHLY overrated. I am not sure how it is a 5-star hotel. Customer service at breakfast is really chaotic. They behave as if they're in their home. They forget your oder and they do not make attention to details. You ask them for hand sanitizer they tell you "look over there or we don't know"...they really lack professionalism. During check-in they give physical key, no magnetic card to access your room. What if someone loses the "one" key? Do you bring someone to change the door...

"When we arrived all was well, then as we were relaxing we were approached by a staff member asking for money to play a game(bingo other games). We didn't pay the money or play the game and he never spoke to us the rest of our stay. Anytime outside, we witnessed staff asking patrons for cigarettes. The kitchen staff was friendly, however the same food was served everyday.
