"I've booked a ground leveled chalet and they told me that all were booked and they assigned me a fourth floor chalet a few days before my checking in. I booked this chalet with a Wi-Fi service and I figured out that there's no Wi-Fi and I had to use the roaming service which was very poor as it's ..."
