"Exceptional service during our stay which was very quiet during the week. Immaculate soft sandy beach with calm crystal clear waters. The large pool with swim up bar and pool toys was a big hit with my 4 year old daughter. Our traditionally styled 1 bed villa with private pool was huge and although some aspects were a little tired, the fact it opened up onto the beach was a huge plus. "The service at this hotel is truly outstanding—on another level. The staff is extremely helpful, and if there’s an issue with the room, they fix it almost immediately. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. The rooms are outdated, and the furniture looks dated, even though it’s not worn out. That being said, the rest of the hotel is in great condition. "Fabulous team at Jumeirah! So welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional! Exceptionally clean hotel! Food was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice. Wonderful sea views. Limited things to do in the evenings but perfect if you just want a relaxing holiday by the sea with good food, lovely sea views and sunshine. The only negative experience was buying two ice-creams which cost the equivalent of £30!! Thought it was a joke. Astronomical price and an absolute rip off! But overall the experience was fabulous! "
