"This is a small, but lovely property, right in the centre of Etretat, but not on a main road. There was parking available in the courtyard and there is a pretty garden. Two bikes were available for us to use too. Francoise was very prompt at arriving, was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property for a visit to Etretat."

"A very friendly and helpful host who set us up andade us feel very welcome. The house itself is well set up and is a great space for a family. It's a town house and faces a fairly busy road, but it's close to the seafront and we weren't aware of passing traffic once inside. It was a very rainy week so we didn't use the courtyard much but it look like a pleasant space for outdoor eating. Altogether a great town house over several floors."

"Beautiful property that is spacious and in real life looks even better than the pictures. Enjoyed the sunny outdoor deck. One little comment would be the mattress; is very soft . Otherwise it’s perfect and a few minutes walk from the harbour/beach, Benedict palace , shops, churches and station. Owner Sylvie is very responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this place ! "

"The house is as described and well equipped, there was even a shopping trolley we could use. Mickael was an accommodating and responsive host. The distance to the beach was still (just) walkable with our three-year-old. No need for a car - we came by train - or even a bike within town, but we rented some for exploring further out - the Véloroute du Lin by tandem was particularly fun."

"Plenty of room, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Overall the properties decoration was a little tired but did not detract from the comfort. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, my mum did find dust in the cupboard in her room but I think most people don't use the cupboards. Overall a beautiful property at a very reasonable price, literally 5 minutes walk from a little beach. If your after a peaceful get away it's perfect."

"We had a really nice time, the apartment is great and very near the center. Just few things before you book, as it is advertised as Jacuzzi/Sauna apartment with parking garage. There is no garage and you park on the street, when and if you find a spot. "Der Aufenthalt war schöner als erwartet. Der kleine Ort ist sehr hübsch und die Menschen sind auch sehr nett. Die kleine Wohnung ist ausreichend für 2 Personen für 1 Woche, sehr sauber und kuschelig warm. Im Mai ist noch ziemlich kühl dort, aber darauf waren wir eingestellt und alle Orte in der Umgebung uns angeschaut und sogar mehr. Ich hoffe bald wieder dahin zu fahren. Gerne wenn etwas wärmer ist. "The property was just what we were looking for with plenty of space inside for the family to chill with a good internet connection. It was clean and everything we needed was at hand.
