Very close to downtown Alajuela, which meant that we could walk out our door in the morning and find a nice cafe and good food at the Central Market. Our only challenge was that the traffic was quite loud overnight; my partner had a hard time sleeping, even with the provided earplugs. I recommend this location for sure for heavy sleepers."

"Overall I’m very pleased. While being centrally downtown, there is easy access to banks, museums, parks and a wide choice of food! The only issues were figuring out where the light switches were, getting the shower to turn on and the traffic noise levels. "It was perfect for me due to my requirements. The host replied quickly to any questions I had during my stay. This was much better than I expected and for our filming requirements. 10-15 minutes to airport, 45 minutes to Poasito, 2 hours to Jaco. It was like a home away from home."

It said it was three bedrooms and could sleep six. After booking, I was told that there would be an extra guest fee for each person over 2. Relaxing end to trip in Costa Rica

"We stayed the night before our flight back to the Uk and went out for something to eat locally. Very comfortable room and garden area we could relax in. The host was very accommodating and collected us when we dropped our hire car off and dropped us back at the airport for our flight for $5 in the evening and $10 for an early morning transfer which we thought was very reasonable "
