"The place was very nice, well organized and clean. It is in the heart of the city with many restaurants around and a small grocery store for supplies to cook. We drove so there is no parking in the area (unless you are lucky to find one) but the streets are narrow and hard to manuever if you are in a bigger car. Great location and customer service

"Customer service: excellent Cleanness: excellent The location is very convenient. It’s 10 minutes from the train station in car. The hotel is just next to the entrance of the muralla and 3 minutes walk to the Puerta de Bisagra. We didn’t book a tour or had a car. Ubers and Cabify dont serve that zone but the hotel staff call you a taxi and it gets there in less than 5 minutes. They called us a taxi for el Mirador del Valle and to the train station."
