"I have been coming to this cabin since I was 9. It was wonderful to come back to a place with so many fond memories. Having central air and a furnace is a lovely upgrade.However being a little passed 9 years now😉I found the many rugs and the shower curtain a bit of challenge. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to gift a stay in the cabin (that their great,great,great grandfather built) to our adult grandchildren at some point in the future"

"Let me start by saying this was by far the best VRBO I’ve stayed in. This cabin was clean and very well stocked with everything we could possibly want or need. The binder on the kitchen table had so much information about the cabin and how everything worked to all the favorite places to eat, site see and even rainy day things to do. Everything was labeled so you knew where to find or what it went too. So enjoyed this cabin and location. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!! "

"We rented this property to be near Mackinaw City for the Labor Day Bridge Walk. It was perfect! The cabin is rustic and quaint. Certainly wish we would have been able to stay longer! Property owner was very welcoming! Steps from the lake - beautiful sunset!"

"We loved our stay. There are 2 maintenance issues that did not detract from our enjoyment but the owner should know about. The tv in the upstairs bedroom at the back does nor work. The microwave needs to be replaced. Most of the buttons do not function. We were able to turn it on and manually turn it off after a minute but you cant't use any other button"
