Newly renovated water front apt. (ground level) on the Crooked River (Inland Waterway) within easy walking distance to the Village of Alanson. Enjoy sitting on our front porch watching the boats go by throughout the day! This unit is centrally located between Petoskey (9 miles) and Mackinaw City (24 miles) and Harbor Springs (10 miles). Close to hiking trails and golf courses just minutes away! Fishing is within walking distance to the river with the Historical Society Boat House board walk, Sanctuary Island fishing platform and from our two large boat docks. This unit was the former manager's apt. unit consisting of master bedroom (King size bed) and bunkbeds in second room. with a large kitchen, one full bath and 12' x 20' living room with table that seats 6 persons, a perfect set-up to accommodate a family of four. Quiet time (conversational voice) is between 10 pm and 9 am. A pull out bed to accommodate one child or adult may be available upon request to accommodate a fifth person. No pets allowed.

Great Stay Great Property
Property off the beaten path a little but still only 20 min from Petoskey. Easy 15-20 min river run down to Crooked Lake and Pickerel Lake and only 45 min up to Burt Lake. Super close to your boat slip and these guys really worked with me on a medical issue I had during my initial reservation to move it to when I could attend. Will definitely stay again.

Down by the river
Property is an amazing spot right on the river. Super quiet with access to tons of activities within a short distance. Rental came with access to a dock right out front which we utilized by renting from Windjammers on Crooked Lake. Owners were very knowledgeable about the area and went out of their way to help us find things to do with our kids to make our stay more enjoyable. If you are looking for a spot to relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet river life look no further.

Summer Vacation
The property was perfect and met our needs to be on the water with access to miles of boating fun. It is located near Petoskey and Indian River. Scott and Chuck are very nice and accommodating to our needs. The property was comfortable enough for the time we spend there.

Stay on the River!
Great place to stay. Cute and clean 2 bedroom, one bath A framed property right on Crooked River in Alanson. Amazing fire pit and nice water fall feature on the property. We stayed in the lower floor unit. Scott, manager, was easy to talk with and took care of a few details for us. On sight laundry. Would recommend to anyone for a relaxing stay.

Great place
We stayed here for six nights and brought our boat. Great location and it came with a dock slip. The place was clean and comfortable and Charlie and Scott were very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place and we will be back!

My daughter and I went up for a fishing trip and this was the perfect little getaway. When we weren't out fishing the big water we fished right there and caught a lot of fun fish. Very fun trip!

4th of July trip
We had a great time on our 4th of July trip to Alanson!! The place was just as described. Scott & his brother were very friendly and accommodating. Scott let my son feed the fish & a friendly turtle a few times. We would definitely stay here again.
