"This hotel is great for a romantic getaway. The building itself is authentic and takes you back to the Middle Ages. Yet it is clean and well furnished. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and modern. The location is next to Alanya castle and on a hill overlooking the harbor area; which is the happening place in Alanya. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. "My second time staying here. I was allocated room 502 on the fifth flloor as requested. Check in was super quick and I was able to get in earlier. I did have a few teething issues with my room. The mini fridge was hot and the lightbulb in the bathroom was blown. The lady on reception (I didn't get her name) was helpful, apologetic and promised to get this sorted the next morning, which she did. I did have other issues. The shower had some leak in the ceiling and was pouring on the bathroom...
