"The reception staff where very efficient on checking us all in only took a few minutes, the room was very roomy with plenty of space, very informative as we had never been to Albacete before so they gave us lots of local information. A nice touch was having a coffee machine in the upper lounge which we obviously took advantage off. One thing no coffee/tea facilities in the rooms."
