"Ainhoa, the proprietress, greeted us warmly upon our arrival, and made sure we were comfortable using the keys to unlock the exterior gate, entry way, and our room. She even lent us a prepaid card for the local busses so we could get around easily. The patio where breakfast is served each morning is surrounded by plants. "Extremely charming and beautiful hotel of only 11 rooms. The hospitality of the staff is amazing. At check in they sit down with you and go over a map of the area, explain how to get around and provide recommendations for sights, restaurants, etc. A very nice touch. We were lucky to have stayed in the Alhambra room with amazing views of the fortress. Breakfast is wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great communication before we arrive which was after they normally leave for the day. Alberto and specially Greg were so helpful and so engaging to make sure we have everything we need. The room was spacious and super clean. We had the room with the Alahambra view on the second floor, perfect view at the same time if you have super sensitive ears like my wife get an inside facing room overall I stay here every time I come to Granada. "When we arrived we were informed the hotel we made a reservation in, Cobertizo Palacio de Santa Inez, closed. They were accommodating in providing a nice room at the Rosa d’Oro a different property owned by the same company. It was a nice room but half the size of the room we reserved."
