"Beautiful place. Loons, eagles, Ospreys, and good fishing. No A/C made a couple of days miserable when heat and humidity was in the mid-nineties. Many fans available, though. Would be more ethical to let people know before booking that tap water is not drinkable. Saying a kayak is available is a bit of a stretch (small plastic boat)."

"I had a wonderful week at Farpoint Cabin which is down a lane and then right on the edge of beautiful Tilden Pond. It's about an 8 minute drive to Belfast and a little longer to Camden and Rockport. The cabin is rustic, but comfortable, with a good bed and plenty of hot water. It is small but perfect for one person(me!) and would be fine for 2. "The cabin was just as pictured/listed. Was a fabulous place to stay. A bit off the beaten path, but close enough to Camden - and a good base to head to all other places on our to do list. "Loved this spot. The lake was beautiful. We had a wonderful time even though the weather was bad a few days. The cabin was so cute and decorated very nice. The kitchen was stocked well. We had everything we needed. Loved hearing the loons at night. It wasn't too far from Camden that we visited frequently. I hope to come back there some day."
