The hotel is in a great location, next to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are very small but clean. I would only stay here for 2 nights max and at a good price rate. The staff are great!

The property is conveniently located close to the beach. Valencia attractions are a short bus ride away. It has a minimalist decor and very small room and bathroom, but clean and functional.

The bed was very squeaky, the tv is mounted in a corner where you can’t watch from the bed and does not swivel, the ac was broken and it got sooo hot (they did reset it once I asked), ac was also locked so I couldn’t make any changes, no phone in room so have to walk down to reception for every question, pretty bare bones room. Dont think I would stay again….

Worst night of sleep in my life. Very stuffy rooms. You can hear everything in the halls. You are better off staying near the center of town, and taking a cab to the beach. It’s not worth staying here for its proximity to the beach alone.

This is not a Hotel misleading information! This is a Hostel full of young people . Breakfast really low quality! Air conditioned max 24 degrees fixed ! You can put the temperature lower ! Can’t open the blinds as the windows so close to each other than you can see other people from the hotel. Very busy road . It was overpriced HOSTel full of young people

The bed was tiny and was very sagging. A/C was inadequate for two adult women to feel comfortable sleeping. My husband would have been miserable with the lack of cooling at night. Front desk people were great but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fine overall. Very close to the beach, nice pool, staff are friendly. The free breakfast (we paid in advance) will get your day started but will not wow you. *But realize this is more like a college dorm. Literally. We did not realize this when we booked. It all worked out fine, but it was a bit of shock at first. But again, we adjusted and no complaints. Last, it's about a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride to the main areas of the city.

Ho soggiornato al Resa Patacona a Gennaio. Le stanze erano molto pulite e in ordine, essenziali e senza particolari pretese: niente di speciale, ma funzionali. La ragazza alla reception è stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile, cosa sicuramente apprezzabile. Per il resto, però, la struttura è un grande palazzone con un numero enorme di camere, che dà più l’idea di una residenza o ostello per studenti che di un vero hotel, e questo toglie un po’ di atmosfera. La nota più negativa è stata la colazione, che mi ha deluso parecchio: dalle foto sembrava decisamente più ricca, mentre in realtà era molto povera, con una o due opzioni al massimo. Un vero peccato. Nel complesso, comunque, il soggiorno è stato tranquillo e senza grossi problemi, ma con qualche aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato.

Fui con mi madre ya que nos pareció que calidad precio estaba bien cogiéndolo con un par de días de antelación y teniendo en cuenta que casi a pie de playa no había prácticamente nada en malvarrosa. La habitación es pequeña pero suficiente y bastante cómoda con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, el baño en la zona del WC me pareció muy estrecho sobre todo para una persona gordita no sé cómo podría sentarse ahí, al igual que la cama que para mí gusto es pequeña también aunque tengo que decir que dormimos cómodas. Nuestra ventana daba a la iglesia con un parque, hubo un día que había un poco de jaleo pero pudimos dormir bien. El desayuno para los 3 días que estuvimos nos pareció bien. Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato y la cercanía a la playa, hay guarda equipaje y desde la iglesia hay una parada de bus que te lleva ida y vuelta a la ciudad de las ciencias así que la ubicación en general me pareció excelente. La piscina no la tocamos prácticamente y las vistas desde la azotea espectaculares. La experiencia en general fue genial y repito calidad precio suficiente. Volveré
