"The hotel staff were very friendly. One of us has coeliac disease and the hotel accommodated her incredibly. A special mention to Sao our host in the restaurant and to the Chef Vinicius who both really took their time to explain and to assist us. Overall we had an excellent stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who has coeliac disease."

"I made this booking as part of a birthday suprise for my Partner, the staff did not stop but go above and beyond at every turn to make her birthday a great suprise for when we arrived to the hotel. They were able to arrange a platter, and pastries suprise with happy birthday and Balloons in the room with a card from their team!!
