We present a stunning apartment at "Coronel Aguas Nr 25" in Albufeira, with elegant decor, in a building close to the sea. The famous Peneco Beach and the historic centre of Albufeira are just a 5-minute walk away.



The condominium offers an incredible shared swimming pool and a garage for the safety of your car, an advantage in the city centre. The balcony on the top of the building is a privileged location with a magnificent view of the sea and the city, equipped for meals.



The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to prepare a meal. The living room has a flat-screen TV, dining area, and a comfortable double sofa bed for 2 extra people. The double bedroom has air conditioning for peaceful nights, and the bathroom has a bathtub.

Albufeira is an amazing destination in the Algarve. I didn’t expect to find such a charming and lively town. Santa Eulália beach was one of the best surprises – peaceful and with perfect waters for swimming. The town has several interesting shops and markets for those who like to shop. We also took a cliff walk, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. A very pleasant and unique experience! .

An unforgettable experience in Albufeira

Albufeira was, without a doubt, one of the best choices for my holiday! The location of our hotel was excellent, with easy access to both the beaches and the historic center. The weather was beautiful throughout our stay, and we enjoyed long sunny days and relaxing walks. What impressed me the most was the hospitality of the locals – the people in Albufeira are very friendly and always willing to help. The beaches are amazing and perfect for swimming and sunbathing. If you love good food, Albufeira is the place to be! .

Perfect holidays with the best view

We had a fantastic stay in Albufeira! We stayed in a resort on the western side of the city, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The service was impeccable, with very friendly and attentive staff. The pools were fantastic, and there was always something to do, from outdoor activities to relaxation time. Albufeira has wonderful beaches, like Praia de São Rafael, and the town itself has a special charm with little shops and cafes. An amazing experience that I highly recommend! .

Relaxing and cultural

Albufeira was the perfect destination for my holidays! The city blends relaxation and culture beautifully. During the day, we enjoyed the beautiful beaches, like Praia da Falésia, and at night, we explored the historic center, which is a delight. The restaurants are wonderful, and the traditional Portuguese food is absolutely delicious. We also did some cultural tours around the region, like visiting local churches and learning about Albufeira's history. The town has a very welcoming and positive energy. Highly recommend! .

Excellent emplacement. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied, Intermarché à 300m. Parking pour la voiture à l’intérieur. On est dans le centre avec tous les restaurants en moins de 10 minutes.

Nous sommes allés du 11 février au 9 mars 2025, avons choisi Albufeira. Honnêtement, ce fût notre plus beau voyage à date, pour l'ensemble du séjour. Notre Airbnb était tellement parfait, l'emplacement est parfait pour avoir accès à la plage, aux resto et boutiques. Nous avons marché tous les jours à la plage qui est superbe. Depuis Albufeira, nous avons visité plein de villes de Lagos à Tavira et c'est tellement facile et abordable pour se déplacer en Uber et en autobus. À la période où nous sommes allés, c'est parfait car c'est plus tranquille et la température en moyenne est de 17 à 20 degrés, parfait pour visiter. On ne va pas là durant cette période pour se baigner. Il y a une épicerie Intermarché sur la même rue que le Airbnb, très pratique. On avait accès à un stationnement intérieur, une piscine dans la cour et au toit pour prendre un repas, vue sur la plage et aussi pratique pour faire sécher notre linge. L'immeuble est propre, bien rénové et sécuritaire.

Albufeira es un destino increíble para unas vacaciones relajantes. Las playas son espectaculares, con aguas cristalinas y arenas doradas, ideales para descansar o disfrutar del sol. Me alojé en un hotel cerca del casco antiguo, que tiene calles encantadoras y muchos bares y restaurantes donde se puede disfrutar de la gastronomía local. La ciudad también tiene muchas actividades para hacer, como paseos en barco y excursiones para explorar los alrededores. ¡Definitivamente un lugar para volver! .

Albufeira foi uma escolha incrível para as minhas férias! A cidade tem um equilíbrio perfeito entre tranquilidade e diversão. Fiquei num hotel perto da praia e adorámos o ambiente descontraído. Albufeira superou todas as minhas expectativas! A cidade tem um charme único, com ruas estreitas e coloridas, repletas de história e vida. A vida noturna é animada, com muitos bares e clubes para explorar, mas ao mesmo tempo há várias praias e recantos tranquilos para quem procura relaxar. Adorámos a nossa estadia em Albufeira! Fomos em família e todos ficaram satisfeitos com as opções de atividades e lazer. O apartamento onde ficámos era espaçoso, moderno e bem localizado, com fácil acesso às praias e ao centro. Os filhos adoraram a piscina do hotel e as zonas de lazer, e nós, pais, apreciámos a tranquilidade do local. Experiência maravilhosa em Albufeira

Fiquei encantado com a minha estadia em Albufeira! A cidade tem uma mistura perfeita de praia, cultura e boa gastronomia. O hotel onde fiquei, na área da Praia dos Pescadores, tinha uma vista incrível e um ambiente super acolhedor. As praias são deslumbrantes, com águas cristalinas, ideais para relaxar ou fazer esportes aquáticos. O centro da cidade tem ótimos restaurantes e lojas, e à noite o ambiente é animado, mas sem ser excessivo. Uma excelente escolha para umas férias de sol e descanso! .
