Sunrise Villa by Laranjal Rentals is a stunning property greatly located in Olhos de Água - Albufeira, wide areas inside and outside. With 5 large ensuited bedrooms, fantastic 360 country and sea views. A very comfy lounge area with large LED screen, dinning area with open space kitchen. BBQ near the pool area. Large lawns, great for kids games with swings and slides, Pool table, table tennis and table football.
At a very short 2 minute walk you find several good restaurants and Bars, if you walk further, after 5 minutes you find all you need, large supermarket, local fish market, café, pharmacy, newspaper/tobacco store. Olhos de Água beach or Maria Luísa beach are 400 meters distance, less than 5 minutes walking in good path, here you will find several stores, bars, good restaurants and a variety of beach activities. Several other good beaches to explore at a 5 minute car drive. Albufeira Old Town and Oura beach are 3/4 km away and the Vilamoura Marina, Casino and Golfs are 15 minutes by car. Several water parks and Zoo Marine at a short car journey. Pool and Jacuzzi heating available for 350€/week or stay if shorter. All our Villas are own owned and own managed.

Fantastic family holiday
We were a group of 11 ages from 18 months to 65 and all enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Villa, The property is a large modern villa with a lovely large pool and separate jacuzzi for playing and relaxing around and also a large grass area for the more energetic to run around. There is Restaurants/Bars/Shops and 2beaches all within 10 minutes walk from the property. Thanks to João and his team for a stress free booking and spotlessly clean Villa and we would all fully recommend this property.

Beautiful villa
We had a brilliant 1 week stay at Sunrise villa, communication with João was brilliant and check in process was very simple and easy. The Villa is absolutely stunning, couldn’t fault a single thing about it. Has everything you could possibly need and the pool and jacuzzi are so nice! We heated the pool as we had young kids and went in May - definitely glad we did as it was a little cooler some days! The beds were so comfy, everywhere was spotless when we arrived too. Only downside is we didn’t have a maid come to clean during our stay. We did have plenty of fresh towels and kept on top of cleaning the Villa ourselves but would’ve been nice for the floors to be properly cleaned especially with younger children. Games room was a massive bonus for us, get the group entertained! Location was ok, there isn’t much around but there are a few restaurants and bars within a 10min walk. We wanted a little more nightlife so got Ubers into Albufeira often which were very reasonably priced and arrived within a couple of minutes of ordering so wasn’t a big deal for us! Overall it was the best holiday and would 100% return!
