Heerlijk familiehuis met gebreken.
Wij hebben (6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen ) enorm genoten van ons verblijf van 14 dagen in Villa Jorida. Mooi groot huis, grote slaapkamers, grote fijne tuin, heerlijk zwembad. Maar toch wel een paar opmerkingen . Er is hinderlijk achterstallig onderhoud. . Er is een gevaarlijk gat in de tegels bij het zwembad. Een kind kan zich daar ernstig verwonden. . De keukenkastjes hebben een nare lucht. . 1 van de 4 keukenstoelen is kapot. . De tuinkussens zijn rijp voor de vuilnisbak. . De pannen zijn niet berekend op 10 personen. . De wc deur beneden sluit niet. Ondanks de gebreken een fijn vakantiehuis.

Villa was great and in a fantastic location but we felt that it was poorly maintained. Generally it seemed tired and some of the fixtures and fittings and soft furnishings were well past their sell by date. The pool was great too but again some of the the tiles around it were loose. Just needs a bit of TLC. Overall we had a relaxing break, the kids were in the pool most of the time. We were just a bit disappointed with the state of the place.

Excellent accueil, agence très réactive. La maison est un vrai havre de paix au fond d'une impasse. des prestations de qualité, beaucoup d'espace, tout le confort nécessaire. La piscine est grande et très agréable.

Heerlijk familiehuis met gebreken.
Wij hebben met z'n 10en, 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen 2 weken genoten van villa Jorida. Het huis is fijn groot. Voldoende ruimte voor iedereen. De tuin met zwembad heerlijk met ook voldoende schaduw. Wel is er te veel achterstallig onderhoud. In de keuken staan slechts 4 stoelen waarvan 1 kapot en dus onbruikbaar. De keukenkastjes stinken. Er is geen grote koekenpan of braadpan. Er moet nodig e.e.a worden aangevuld in de keuken glazen, schalen, scherpe messen. De kussens van het buitenmeubilair zijn compleet versleten en klaar voor de vuilnisbak. Verschillende tegels rond het zwembad zijn kapot. Er is zelfs een gat waar kinderen zich ernstig aan kunnen bezeren. Een aantal deuren sluit niet. De zwembadpomp maakt enorme herrie. Echt te veel mankementen die bovendien niet al te moeilijk zijn om op te lossen.

Beau volume pour 9 personnes
La maison est suffisamment grande pour accueillir 2 familles avec enfants. Mais certains points resteraient quand même à améliorer : literie de l'étage à revoir, prise non conforme (voir dangereuse) dans la chambre des enfants (4 lits simples), humidité dans une des chambres du bas. Et surtout, impossible de rentrer une grosse voiture type ww de 9 places! Le temps n'a pas été de la partie et la maison n'est pas chauffée (on a branché des radiateurs). Nous avions pris l'option piscine chauffée et n'avons pas regretté notre choix. Sinon, RAS. Nous avons eu un soucis de cafetière, elle a été changée le lendemain!
