"The spa is downright false advertising. The hotel website has a whole page about the spa, featuring various steam rooms, etc, and saying the wellness area is open starting 8 in the morning. The reality is that all wellness facilities remained closed in the morning with the exception of a lukewarm bathtub sized whirlpool even after we complained to the hotel manager. Given that we picked this hotel because of the spa this was quite a turnoff. The room and the hotel bar were all right."

"The hotel is lovely and just outside of town from St. Moritz with easy access to ski resort by nearby bus. The rooms are modern and spacious with nice details, cozy beds and scrumptious duvets and feather pillows. The spa area is very nice. At looks as though you are going to the restaurant Riccardo's and not hotel piz as the name of the restaurant is more prominent. Otherwise you can bypass the hotel not realizing that the restaurant is also the entrance for the hotel."
