"Very nice apartment unit. Close to everything. Front desk staff super friendly but it was not available for 24 hours which was a bit inconvenient. I booked a non-smoking room but the unit had very strong smoke smell when We first got in. It was obvious that the previous customer smoked! It was terrible, we had to open all the windows for a long time to get rid of the smoke smell. We couldn’t get a different room because we were told that was the last one available. "

"Very reasonably priced for its central location. Very close to the cathedral and a quick walk to buses to the Alhambra. The square in front of the cathedral and apartments can be a little loud later into the evening, but nothing that ear plugs can’t solve if you need absolute silence to sleep. Good water pressure in the shower on the 3rd floor and comfortable bed. I would certainly stay here again."

"Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. "Just back from 2 weeks in Casa Ban the villa is just as described fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge/dining room (not that we used it as far to nice to be indoors). "Everything was perfect :easy check-in and check-out, clean property with comfortable bed, storage option after check out, washing machine in the room and more... Only thing that can be problem is the shower cabin was leaking some water to the bathroom. We have informed the property and I am sure that they will fix it. "Hotel is in great location for walk to Alhambra, near hop on hop off bus and has so many shops, restaurants, Traditional tapas bars, cafes and places of interest within short walking distance. Hotel is a lovely old renovation that has so many quirky, traditional furniture in. All well maintained, very clean with comfortable and crisp bedding.
