I cannot say enough good things about our 4 night stay here. Annette’s attention to detail was amazing - cut flowers, delicious snacks and coffee bar, a variety of wines, well stocked throughout including the kitchen and bathroom and amazingly comfortable linens and bed. The tv was huge and storage space was abundant. The whole unit was extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet, nice, easy to find and close to everything. The views were beautiful and patio, pool, fire pit and hot tub area very nice. Annette, the owner, was extremely nice and attentive. We will definitely stay here again.

Cabana stay
This is in a lovely neighborhood with views of the Sandia's and easy access to all points in the city. It would be an especially good location for the balloon fiesta due to the area's view of the west mesa. I enjoyed the off-street, private parking and secure feel of the area. The hostess and her family were so welcoming and friendly, considerate and flexible. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the cabana.

We had a lovely 9 days stay in this studio with 3 Adults. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Plenty of space for 3 people and comfy bed and futon. Favorite part was definitely the Owners being personable along with pool and hot tub and fire pit, great views of the mountains! One of my favorite VRBO experiences, definitely will reserve again when back in Albuquerque if available. Already recommended to Family and Friends.

I was so comfortable staying at this little cabana! The location was absolutely perfect. The hospitality was unlike any hotel. The host has thought of everything from fresh flowers, coffee and snacks, complimentary wine, nightlights, towels, literally everything! I would've hugged this lady like my own mother! The place is beautiful. You have access to a pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Annette is a wonderful host. Always making sure you have what you need. My kids enjoyed hanging out here in the evenings. It felt safe and relaxing. I'll be sure to visit again if I'm in Albuquerque! Thank you!

It was Great, couldn’t ask for more of a better place to stay while in Albuquerque, NM. The place was exactly how it was listed with pictures as described on the VRBO site. Met the Owners of the Studio very personable, helpful with everyone & everything. Replied back quickly if we had questions. Definitely recommend this VRBO Studio to Family and Friends. Will stay again if available on next NM trip to Albuquerque.
