Perfect for what we needed!
The place is truly beautiful. It is also incredibly spacious but also cozy- and was perfect for my group of 8 to really enjoy an evening together. The backyard is beautiful as well. The hosts were responsive and accommodating, and truly facilitated a worry free stay. Would 10/10 recommend to any group staying in Albuquerque!

We arrived at the property and it was very easy to access. There was enough parking for all of us. The house was very cozy. Many rooms had dimmers on the lights so it was very homey feeling. The owners were great and welcoming. The hot tub was nice and toasty for winter nights

The main house was perfect it had everything you could ask for and the Casita was where I stayed and it was a pleasant surprise it met all my needs and some I didn't think of. Enjoyable Family Getaway
We stayed at this rental for a week with our three adult children and two small dogs. It is evident that effort has been made to upgrade and keep up this older home. The space is as described and worked well for our family. The owners were very responsive to our questions. The kitchen is stocked well enough for basic meals although we struggled a bit with a few of other meals we planned. Overall the house was clean, however there were a few minor things that were overlooked. If we were ever in Albuquerque again, we would return.

Daughter's Bday Get Together
Leading up to our stay Kendra and John were really good with communication and on the day we checked in they made sure to reach out and see if there were any issues or if we needed anything. Check in was easy and everything was just as promised in the listing. There were even holiday decorations up! The house and casita were perfect for our group and we had everything we could need. I would highly recommend this location for those looking for a comfortable break away.

City views
The property was just as advertised. Very roomy and comfortable and clean. Great kitchen. Appreciated the nice yard, hot tub and casita. Owner was very responsive and went beyond in handling a hot tub issue. There are city light views from the front yard. It’s a working class neighborhood, and even though bars are on the windows, we didn’t feel unsafe. Loved the sound of the rooster. It was nice to have detergent in the laundry room. Regular cable for the TV’s would be the only suggestion for those of us that like news channels, HGTV and such when winding down in the evening.
